Prayer Ministry
Prayer Ministry

"And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive."
—  Matthew 21:22
Our Mission

"To support and strengthen our pastors and leaders, to provide a strong prayer base for the Church, and to seek God's will to change us and our world in accordance with His Plan."

What is the Prayer Ministry?

The Prayer Ministry is a group of passionate, committed people just like you who join together in obedience to God's Word to pray for our pastors, leaders, staff, members and the unsaved.

What does the Prayer Ministry do?

Provides continual powerful and protective prayers for our pastors, leaders, staff and the congregation

Prays for souls to be won to Christ

Prays for unity in the church

Prays that believers will know, accept and obey the Word of God

Prays for our church to experience true worship

Prays for joy in the hearts and lives of believers

Prays for our Church to reach its potential

Covers our church services with prayer

Prays for newcomers to be drawn

Prays behind the scenes for our frontline servants

What can I expect by joining the Prayer Ministry?

You can expect to:

Be changed and be molded into His likeness in the process.

Be drawn closer to God.

Grow spiritually.

Receive and share the blessings God has to give.

See others come to Christ and see lives changed.

Develop practical prayer skills.

Enjoy wonderful, new friendships.

What would I be asked to do?

Pray daily for the church and its staff

Prayer partners receive individual prayer petitions via e-mail every week

Join a Prayer Partner Team

Your team meets in the Prayer Room at designated service times approximately once every 4 weeks and prays with the pastors before each service and then prays throughout the services

Participate in a monthly Prayer Ministry Meeting

On the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. the Prayer Ministry members meet for fellowship, exchanging ideas, concerns, praises and spiritual growth study in the area of prayer

Can I contribute to the St. Paul's Prayer Ministry on a "part-time" basis?

Definitely!
Any area(s) in which you feel led by the Lord are most welcomed and appreciated (such as: praying during the week, joining a prayer team for a single service, attending the monthly meetings).
