Thank you for visiting our site.  Outlined below and available at the bottom of the page for download are the application materials that must be turned in order to move forward in assessing a potential student.  In addition to the items listed below, a $300.00 ($250.00 for Kindergarten) registration fee and a $25.00 application fee are required.
