Focused Learning
Overview: St. Paul’s Focused Learning program, headed up by Mrs. Valerie Fogo, assists children with individual special needs and enrichment.  Focused Learning is designed to assist students by:

  • Providing specialized and individualized assistance for students who have special learning needs.
  • Providing resources for teachers on effective teaching strategies for students who learn in unique ways.
  • Providing assistance and encouragement to parents as they help their children learn at home.
  • Providing enrichment to those students who are excelling well beyond grade level expectations.

The Student Support Team (SST) monitors the Focused Learning students closely and also decides when a student can enter the program and when the student is ready to be released from the program.
