We are using a software program in the church office called ACS People Suite to help keep track of all of your important information: Names, addresses, phone numbers, church attendance, Baptism and Confirmation dates, as well as your tithes and offerings and more.
NOW we are introducing a new feature of that program called ACCESS ACS that will let YOU, our partners, view and help us verify your information and keep it accurate and up to date, as well as many other great features:
Here are some we think you will enjoy:
• Ability to update and change information on you and your family
• Search online or print a church directory
• Give online
• View and print your record of financial contributions
• Register you and your family members for events at St. Paul's
• Pay online for events with a printable confirmation sheet
• Look up names or print a list of the members of your Home Study group or
other groups you are a part of at St. Paul's
Not all of these features are available yet but it is a preview of some of the great things you will be able to do with ACCESS ACS. This is a very secure web site that you can only access using the email address we have on file for you in the church office. So in order for you to first log on and check your information, we first need to have your email address in our database. You may call Kathy at the church office and make sure she has that information or you may write it on your Sunday attendance card and we will put it into the system.
We are even making a handy form right here for you to enter that information and it will be sent right to Kathy in the church office for her to enter into your account.

You may use the link above as many times as you need for different members of your family.
Also note that after you set up your account online, look at your information, and submit corrections or addtions, it will first be sent to our office for approval before becoming a permanent part of your record.
